Ireland and UK

The Interflora delivery charge for Ireland and UK. is €11.00. Our delivery service is complemented by the Interflora network of members. However, deliveries to some distant or remote rural areas may not be possible should there be no Interflora member close to the delivery area. You will be advised of this by email should this be the case.

Rest of the world

Deliveries by Interflora to the rest of the World (Europe, USA. etc) cost €12.00. Product styles and prices differ from country to country and should it be necessary, we will advise you of any increase in the product price by email. Deliveries to some distant or remote rural areas may not be possible through the Interflora network should there be no Interflora member close to the delivery area. If it is the case, you will be advised of this by email.

Same day delivery

Orders booked by 12 mid-day qualify for same day delivery in Galway City and surrounding areas. Orders booked by 11.30am qualify for same day delivery within most of Ireland and the UK.

Free hospital deliveries in Galway City

We deliver free to University College Hospital, Merlin Park Hospital, Galway Clinic and Bon Secours Hospital.

Specified delivery times

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery for a specified delivery time, except for funerals.

Returns

Maddens florists guarantee that every order delivered personally by us will be of good quality, in good condition and to the full retail value ruling on the day of delivery. Any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to us as soon as possible after delivery and always within 48 hours as it is our policy to replace the item with another of equal value should this be required. With regard to deliveries made through Interflora, any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to the Interflora Florist who delivered the order as soon as possible after delivery.
